This steel grating welding production line is comprised of gantry type welding machine, double-layer flat steel feeding device, cross bar auto falling device, steel grating hauling device, hydraulic & pneumatic system, CNC control system, etc.
1. Suitable material: hot-rolled steel or cold-rolled steel.
2.Bearing flat bar: slitted strips, width 25-75mm, thickness 2.5-6.5mm
3. Cross bar: round bar or twisted square bar, 5mm, 8mm (diameter of round bar or side length of square bar, cross section is usually not less than 20mm2)
