4. Line wire feeding mode: The line wire adopts manual feeding and automatic feeding function. Accurate position saves welding waiting time.
5. Cross wire feeding mode: cross wire hopper drop wire automatically blanking weft feeding, blanking position is accurate. The cross wire hopper can load max 1500KGS rebar. Save labor cost.The cross wire is controlled by the stepping motor. The stepping motor is also controlled by the control cabinet.
6. The drawing mode: servo motor reciprocating drawing, pneumatic tightening cross wire, to ensure the precise position of the drawing mesh.
7. Each of the welding transformer is 160KVA. And the welding transformer is water cooling. And the welding electrodes are also water cooling.
8. The suitable material: ribbed wire, round bar, galvanized wire.
