Anti-Climb Fence Mesh Panel Welding Machine Introduction:
The anti-climb fence mesh panel welding machine is also called security fence mesh panel welding machine. The machine welding pressure is from the air cylinder. The air cylinder is adopt SMC Japan. Each welding electrode is controlled by one SMC air cylinder, the pressure can be totally same. So the welding points are even, the finished mesh is flattened.We can design the machine according to your wire diameter, mesh hole size and mesh width.

1. The anti-climb fence mesh panel welding machine is mainly used to make anti-climb fence mesh panel.
2. Pre-cut of line wire and weft wire, line wire feeding by manual, weft wire feeding by automatic alignment.
3. Each welding electrode is controlled by one SMC(Japan) air cylinder. So the welding points are even. One copper wire connects one welding electrode. (Single wire connection). The welding electrodes will not affect each other.
4. Both of upper and lower electrodes are water cooling, to reduce the temperature of welding electrode.
5. New Pneumatic welding for stronger welding, smoother mesh and faster speed.
6. The pulling system with a servo motor pulls the mesh panel more accurately and intelligently.
7. The security fence mesh panel welding machine is made of thick steel plate and profile steel, high strength, high toughness, main structure is more solid.
8. The welding adopts separate-control technology, making the welding transformers working separately to reduce the capacity requirement of power transformer and reduce the impact current.
9. The circuit module is designed by our engineers and university professors, not be easily broken. The welding spark is less.
10. The cross wire space adjustment adopts PLC micro-computer control, set on the touch screen. You could adjust the cross wire space on the touch screen. Very easy and convenient to operate and master.
