Double Wire Fence Mesh Welding Machine Features:
1. Feeding system: the line wire and cross wire both are pre-cut wires by wire straightening cutting machine. The worker put line wire and cross wire into storage hopper, then the storage hopper drop the wires into weld dies automatically. It is ready to weld after two line wires and one cross wire were put. Finally, The conveyor chain will send the cross wire to the welding machine. Secondly. The mould will be sent under the welding electrodes. The machine will start to work. 2. Welding system: Both the cent-control and welding time are controlled by PLC program system. Upper and lower electrode is controled by transformer to weld up and down. This welding is more accurate and firm.
