Steel Grid Welding Machine Introduction:

2. The cross wire system controlled by stepping motor instead of putting wefts wires by manual work, increasing productivity.
3. Adjustable distance of line wire that allows different mesh size between the linewire, when input the distance of cross wire to touch screen, any mesh size can be made. Such as: 50*200mm.100*200mm.
4. Pulling mesh system is controlled by servo motor.
5. Welding transformer:160KVA*6PCS (48welding electrodes) ——every 8 welding electrodes need one welding transformer.
6. Wire feeding way: The line wires pre-straighten pre-cut. Automatic feeding. and cross wires pre-straightened and pre-cut, automatic feeding.
7. The bending machine will bend the mesh panel automatically when the mesh panel is under the bending machine. The mesh bending machine can bend the mesh panel in the beginning, in the middle and at the end. The bending machine is controlled by the control cabinet. Finally.
