1. The control system adopts synchronous CNC technology, Mitsubishi PLC program. It is easy and convenient to operate with the touching screen.
2. The cross wire feed system controlled by stepping motor, Cross wire fall from the special hopper. The cross wire hopper can load 100kg wire.
3. Adjustable distance of line wire that allows different opening size between the line wire, when input the distance of cross wire to computer, any mesh size can be reach. Such as: you want to make mesh size 100*100mm. Length of mesh panel 5m. Input the mesh size and quantity of mesh size into the computer. The cutting mesh machine will cut the mesh panel every 5m. As the cutting mesh machine is controlled by the control cabinet.
4. The pulling mesh car adopts special hooks to clamp the cross wire by air cylinder and is driven by the servo motor back and forward, for large or loner mesh panel production to save the workshop space. Mesh pulling system is controlled by servo motor(Panasonic brand).

6. The CNC building wire mesh welding machine uses a copper sheet to connect the welding head and the transformer. Has a long service life.
7. Wire feeding way:The line wires from coil wire.Line wire through straightening wire part to make wire straighten. And cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut by wire straightening cutting machine.
8. The power transformer must be at least 80KVA to supply machine running and the distance between the power transformer and the machine within 100 m.
9. Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, galvanized wire, ribbed wire.
