Wire Mesh Welding Machine Introduction:
The wire mesh welding machine is used to make construction mesh or fence mesh panel and anti-climb mesh panel. This is one multifunctional machine. Mechanical type machine, controlled by spring and main motor. The welding speed can be up to 60-75 times/min. Material can be round bar and ribbed bar, widely used in construction.
Wire Mesh Welding Machine Features:

3. The line wire and cross wire both pre-straighten and pre-cut by wire straightening cutting machine. The line wire is feed by the line wire feed car. The line wire feed car send the line wire to the welding machine. The line wire feed car is controlled by the air cylinder and servo motor. The cross wire is put into the cross wire hopper device. Then drop wire one by one automatically. The cross wire hopper device is controlled by the stepping motor. If no cross wire in the hopper device. The wire mesh welding mahcine stop working.
4. The welding speed is very fast. The max welding speed up to 70 times per min. Increase production capacity.High precision,high firmness,uniform mesh space.neat edge,No trimming.
5. The pulling mesh system is controlled by the servo motor.The mesh is pulled automatically in a loop.And pulling mesh accurate. The welding electrodes adopts red copper. more durable and good resistance.
6. The wire mesh welding machine adopts water cooling welding transformer. To reduce the heat temperature and used for longer time. The welding transformer adopts the program to control the welding current and welding time by touch screen input the parameters. Very easy to operate and master. The welding electricity of the welding transfoemer is adjustable according to different wire diameters and mesh hole sizes.
